The practice groups will take place on Zoom, and it's as simple as logging into the zoom meeting at the scheduled time and setting up your phone/tablet/computer to the side of the piano so that the teacher can see the students' hands and faces.  

Each group will consist of 5-6 students, with the teacher providing personalized attention through Zoom’s breakout rooms.  In addition to guided practice, these sessions will quickly cover elements of music history and theory, and ideally we'll also play some games and have fun.  The "practice groups" aim to build community and get students more excited about structured practicing.
